2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Subscription Plan

• BeatValhalla offers a subscription plan granting access to four beats per month for €15.99.
• By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified monthly fee via the payment method provided during registration.
• The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled by the subscriber before the renewal date.

2.2 Pay-Per-Beat Option

• In addition to the subscription, BeatValhalla offers a Pay-Per-Beat option for €25.99 per beat.
• This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
• Beats purchased under this model are subject to the same license and usage terms as subscription beats.

3. License and Usage

3.1 Commercial Use

• Upon subscribing or purchasing beats, you gain unlimited rights to use the beats for commercial purposes, including recordings, albums, mixtapes, and other projects.

3.2 Royalty Split

• There are no streaming limitations on beats. However, a 10% royalty split will be applicable to BeatValhalla for each royalty-bearing performance or usage.

3.3 Credit Attribution

• Proper credit must be given as follows:
  • With External Producers:
    • Song Title: “Song Title (Prod. by [Producer Name] via BeatValhalla)”
    • Description: “Produced by [Producer Name], via BeatValhalla.”
  • With Platform and Internal Producers:
    • Song Title: “Song Title (Prod. by BeatValhalla & [Producer Name])”
    • Description: “Produced by BeatValhalla & [Producer Name].”
  • Platform as Sole Producer:
    • Song Title: “Song Title (Prod. by BeatValhalla)”
    • Description: “Produced by BeatValhalla.”
• Ensure any co-producer names are included as specified on the product page or in the download files.

4. Use of Samples in Beats

4.1 Some beats available on BeatValhalla may contain third-party copyrighted samples. 4.2 BeatValhalla does not own the rights to these samples and is not responsible for sample clearance. 4.3 Users agree not to claim ownership of samples or use beats containing samples in a manner that infringes on copyright laws.

5. Non-Exclusive Content

5.1 All beats on BeatValhalla are non-exclusive and may be accessed by multiple subscribers or buyers. 5.2 You may not register the beats in YouTube Content ID or any similar system to enforce exclusivity claims. 5.3 BeatValhalla is not responsible for copyright claims arising from other users’ actions. All content consists of royalty-free sounds.

6. Prohibited Uses

6.1 Reselling or redistributing beats as standalone products or within other beat packages is strictly prohibited. 6.2 Beats may not be used in unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content. 6.3 Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action if necessary.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

7.1 BeatValhalla retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights over the beats and platform content. 7.2 Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute beats in any way that is not explicitly permitted by these terms.

8. Termination and Refunds

8.1 BeatValhalla reserves the right to terminate subscriptions or account access at its discretion if these terms are violated. 8.2 Refunds will only be issued if none of the downloaded beats have been used. Once a beat is downloaded and used, refunds are not applicable.

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1 BeatValhalla may update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the platform or email. 9.2 Continued use of BeatValhalla after modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
